Thank you for opening up yourself to embark on
a very positive way of energizing your mind, body and spirit! I share this most unique and simplistic approach with
you so that it may be of some help in your life in any way that it can.
Meditation has been apart of my life for many years now and I still continue to enjoy, learn and
grow from meditation.
Therefore it is with
great pleasure, honor and a privellage for me to share this with you.

What is meditation? Meditation is relaxing, sitting and being still. It is letting go! Letting go of all
your worries, concerns, doubts, fears or what ever holds you captive and stresses you out at times. It's coming to a
quiet place through deep breathing, relaxation and stillness that centers your very core of energy. It's becoming intouch
with your universe..... the world within!
2. How does one meditate? Simple...sit breath
and be still.
3. Why does
one meditate? To become balanced, calm, energized, intuned, aware, discover.....get the point?....its endless why and
the truth of the matter is everyones purpose is unique for who they are. Therefore, why not meditate?!!
4. What
value does one gain from meditation? Again the list goes on and on.....awarness, vitality, encouragement, positivity,
enlightenment! What you truely gain depends on who you are!
